CWC’s comments to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on the agency’s latest proposed four-year strategic plan commend the expressed intent to restore needed balance to the EEOC’s enforcement efforts. We also offer a number of recommendations that we believe will better focus agency enforcement while enhancing the EEOC’s credibility with its stakeholders.
