Massachusetts Supreme Court Rules That Fired Medical Marijuana User Has Disability Discrimination Claim Under State Law

Massachusetts' highest court has become the first among the states to rule that an employer has an obligation to accommodate a medical marijuana user, even if it conflicts with the employer's drug-free workplace policy.
