OSHA Delays Reporting Deadline for Form 300A Submissions, Will Revisit Other Provisions of Obama-Era Electronic Injury and Illness Reporting Rule

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is delaying the date for electronic submission of the “Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses” (Form 300A) required under a controversial regulation issued by the Obama Administration until December 1, 2017. OSHA has also signaled its intent to revise or even rescind the regulation in its entirety.
