EEOC's Change in Filing Period for Expanded EEO-1 Creates Data “Synchronizing” Challenges Regarding VETS-4212 Report

Companies that are subject to both VETS-4212 and EEO-1 filing requirements and are accustomed to doing a single data download for both forms now face a challenge because of the expanded EEO-1's new March 31 filing deadline.
