Eighth Circuit Rules in Dindinger v. Allsteel That Trial Court Did Not Err by Excluding From Evidence OFCCP Notices of Compliance

Deferring to the judgment of the trial court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling that denied an employer’s attempt to introduce as evidence in an Equal Pay Act lawsuit the results of two OFCCP audits that closed without any finding of violations. The circuit court agreed with the lower court’s conclusion that the audit results would have unfairly prejudiced the jury.
