OFCCP Makes Technical Change to Its Prescribed “Pay Transparency” Language

Pursuant to an Obama-era Executive Order, enforced by OFCCP, federal contractors must use OFCCP-prescribed language to inform employees that they cannot be retaliated against for discussing pay. The agency recently announced a nonsubstantive technical change to this language, namely the addition of a legal citation at the end.
