Congress Proceeds To Overturn Obama “Blacklisting” Order, as Trump Administration Takes Steps To Implement Broader Regulatory Reform

Invoking a seldom-used law enacted in 1996, Congress has taken the first step toward revoking former President Obama’s controversial “blacklisting” rule. In a related development, a new Executive Order issued by President Trump orders federal agencies to get rid of two regulations for every new regulation they issue.
