EEAC’s International Resources Library contains information
about the labor and employment laws, enforcement processes, workforce
statistics, and other workforce issues relating to more than 90
foreign countries where EEAC member companies may do business, and
is designed to provide convenient one-stop access to a wealth of
international workforce-related laws and compliance requirements.
The Library consists of links to numerous “source”
websites. EEAC has organized these source links to be accessed in
two ways: by specific location or country, or in the alternative
globally through organizations such as the International Labor Organization
In most instances, access by specific country is likely to be the
most convenient way to use the Library. As an example,
if you went to the Library home page and clicked on "Canada,"
you would find the following resources:
Official Government Websites
Nongovernmental Employment Related Websites
International Labor Organization (ILO) Websites
ILO Labor Force Surveys.
Employment Law Alliance Global Employer Handbook
Selected EEAC Memos
In addition to accessing information about a specific country by
clicking on one of the links described above, members also can access
information about a specific country by going to the "Global Resources"
links. These sources include workplace-related information complied
by regional or global international organizations, including the
European Union, the International Labor Organization, International
Labor Organization Labor Force Surveys, and the Organisation for
Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
