This web workshop will discuss the different components that make up an affirmative action plan, AAP cycles, the structure and coverage of an AAP, and the various classifications required in developing an AAP, such as race/ethnicity and EEO-1 categories.

All sessions will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET and will last for one and one-half to two hours.
