This web workshop will review the FMLA's eligibility requirements, what an eligible employee is entitled to, the circumstances that qualify for FMLA leave, employer and employee notice requirements, medical certifications, return to work protection, and how the law is enforced.

All sessions will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET and will last for one and one-half to two hours.
