The EEOC Charge Process

This web workshop will provide an overview of what to expect when a company receives notification of a discrimination charge from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), including the company’s initial response and internal investigation, requests for information, the written position statement, an EEOC on-site visit, and the agency’s final determination.

All sessions will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET and will last for one and one-half to two hours.
