This web workshop will provide an overview of the principal federal nondiscrimination laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
All sessions will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET and will last for one and one-half to two hours.
