Conducting a Self-Critical Analysis of "Internet Applicant" Compliance

EEAC is pleased to announce that by popular demand we have scheduled another session of our Conducting a Self-Critical Analysis of "Internet Applicant" Compliance web workshop that was first presented a year ago. The workshop will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, and will be facilitated by EEAC Senior Counsel Joe Lakis.

As OFCCP gears up to conduct more audits of federal contractor compliance with the agency’s Internet Applicant rule, companies might find it useful to conduct a self-analysis of how they are complying with the rule in anticipation of a possible OFCCP compliance evaluation. This web workshop is designed to provide EEAC members with a practical "how to" guide for conducting a thorough self-critical analysis of their Internet Applicant compliance. Each major component of OFCCP’s Internet Applicant regulation will be summarized, along with an explanation of its specific compliance implications and suggestions for identifying and closing any compliance-related gaps.

Registration Information

The per-line/per log-in registration fee for this members-only live workshop is $199. Registrants also have the option of pre-ordering the recording for a bundled fee of $299. Registrants may have multiple participants sitting in a conference room around a speakerphone, but please NO CONFERENCE CALLS -- they can create technical problems that are disruptive for both participants and presenters. Registrants will receive an e-mail confirmation with participation instructions.

To register, please click the register button below or call EEAC’s Program Line at 202-629-5655. You will receive an e-mail confirmation together with instructions for participating in the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by EEAC before February 18. For cancellations received by EEAC on or after February 18, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed for cancellations received in writing only. Failure to notify EEAC of a cancellation in writing prior to the workshop may result in no portion of the registration fee being refunded.

Use of Recording Devices and Auxiliary Aids

Because EEAC’s web workshops are designed to encourage candid questions and comments among participants, the use of any type of recording device is not permitted. If because of a disability you will need auxiliary aids or services to participate in the web workshop, please contact us prior to the session.

If you have any questions concerning the workshop, please call the EEAC program line at 202-629-5655.
